Registration fees

Early bird registrations until: 31st of May

• Early bird Professors and Researchers: 70€
• Early bird Students: 60€

Regular registration fees:

• Professors and Researchers: 80€
• Students: 70€

Please note that we only accept payments on-site. This means that, even if you register during the early bird period, you will only pay once you're in Vienna.

All attenders (who are presenting or not) should pay the registration fee which includes conference materials, coffee breaks, a simple lunch during the poster session and the conference dinner on the 18th of July. If you wouldn't like to attend the conference dinner, please let us know by checking this option in the registration form; in this case, you can automatically deduct 25€ from your registration fee.
